CARERS IN THE PLATFORM ECONOMY

The article deals with employees of digital work platforms working in the field of care for seniors and young children. The text focuses on the characteristic patterns of behaviour and the motivation of workers to assess the flexibility inherent in platform work. It also mentions compensatory mechanisms associated with the uncertainty that this way of working brings.
